PIRANGA — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Piranga. Please review the following shipping terms to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • During high-volume periods or new releases, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders throughout the United States.

Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to factors outside our control.


3. USPS Priority — P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to the following destinations exclusively via USPS Priority Mail:

P.O. Boxes
APO / DPO / FPO military addresses

Important: For these address types, Piranga is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once the shipment has been accepted by USPS. Customers assume delivery risk for these locations.


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries, with the exception of restricted destinations.

Estimated transit times:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.


5. Restricted Destinations

Due to carrier limitations and unstable delivery service, we do not ship to Russia.
Orders may also be restricted from additional regions where carriers do not guarantee service.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information at checkout.

Piranga is not liable for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Carrier delays or delivery errors

Once an order is marked “Delivered”, we cannot issue replacements or refunds.


8. Pre-Orders & New Releases

Some drops or limited releases may have extended processing or shipping times.
Estimated ship dates will always be listed on product pages.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.


9. Carrier Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday peak periods

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier operational issues

These delays are beyond our control.


10. Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, family members, or building staff

  2. Wait 24 hours in case the carrier scanned early

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and our team will assist where possible.
